I asked Mike to clean my carpets and floors while I was on vacation. He got me on the schedule with short notice the week before thanksgiving (A busy time of year) he did a great job and we loved coming home to clean floors! I refer connoisseur to all my clients when getting ready to sell or after purchasing a home. Thank you for always being so great! see you in the spring

Mike was recommended by a Realtor friend of ours when I was looking for a new “carpet guy”. He is able to make our original, 4 year old, builders grade carpet look good every time he comes. He does a great job & his office always returns my calls in a timely manner. Customer service like Connoisseur’s is hard to find in N Nevada. I would recommend him to anyone.

Connoisseur carpet cleaning is hands down the best service I have ever gotten. We had a minor carpet emergency from one of our dogs and Mike told us he could be be there in an hour or so. He showed up, was very kind and had very reasonable rates. He really helped us out and did a fantastic job on our carpet. It looks brand new. Mike spent the WHOLE DAY working on the carpet and mats at our martial arts studio.
I was concerned that the equipment would scuff our mats and wreck them. Mike assured me I wouldn’t have to worry.
He sent me pictures while in progress and by the time he was done it looked like we had a new lobby and nearly new mats!
This is the second time he’s cleaned our studio and I plan on using him regularly.

Very happy with the end result. We had tile installed that had some huge finishing issues that just made the entire thing look horrible. Mike came in, took his time and addressed each issue thoroughly and now my tile looks great and my wife and I love how it looks now.
